A1 Wohnheime GmbH was founded in 2003 in Munich and is the largest private provider of rooming houses in Munich. We are still expanding and on May 1st, 2008 we opened our first hostel in Nuremberg. In total we have 1500 beds in 5 residential houses. Further hostels are coming soon.
