The bus will take you quickly to the Olympia park, where many festivals and concerts are organised in summer, but where you will also find an ice skating rink and an indoor pool.

If you prefer to swim outdoors or simply want to relax, an excursion to Lerchenauer See or Fasaneriesee is just the ticket.

The fully renovated and recently decorated house currently provides single and double apartments with cooking and washing facilities. A big plus: the balconies that look out on the open space and give partial views on the greenery or up to the Alps. That's how relaxing and pleasant inexpensive overnight stays can be.
