It is as inexpensive as the A1 boarding houses, but the apartment house Moosach provides even more comfort. Not only have the single and double rooms been completely renovated and refurbished, they also each have their own balcony - partially with great views of Munich, and by clear weather even an Alpine panorama. You not only can get a breath of fresh air on the balconies of our apartments, but also on the terrace, which connects to the accordingly decorated communal lounge.

The sanitary facilities are located on each floor and were also completely refurbished and modernised in 2010.

And you can use an internet terminal for free.

All the apartments of our new residence have their own washing and cooking facilities. You can buy the necessary groceries in the immediate proximity of your accommodation and even the Olympia shopping centre is not even at one km distance. Also nearby is the Olympia Park where concerts, festivals and similar events are regularly held.   

Our new A1 venue is easily accessible by car and by public transport. And like in any of our boarding houses we will be glad to fulfil your personal wishes in Moosach too!
